Emilio Torres Medina
Founding partner of the Firm. Emilio has extensive experience of more than 15 years in Industrial Property and Copyright matters both in Mexico and abroad.
He has also successfully filed lawsuits for the protection of Intellectual Property rights. He specializes in the design of strategies for the protection of Intellectual Property rights, such as inventions, trademarks, works and reservation of rights. In addition, he provides consulting on the development, negotiation and implementation of different Intellectual Property instruments, such as technology transfer agreements, license agreements and franchise models.
Member of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”), and of Asociación Mexicana para la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual, A.C. (“AMPPI”).
