He has also successfully filed lawsuits for the protection of Intellectual Property rights. He specializes in the design of strategies for the protection of Intellectual Property rights, such as inventions, trademarks, works and reservation of rights. In addition, he provides consulting on the development, negotiation and implementation of different Intellectual Property instruments, such as technology transfer agreements, license agreements and franchise models.<\/p>\n

Member of the International Trademark Association (\u201cINTA\u201d), and of Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana para la Protecci\u00f3n de la Propiedad Intelectual, A.C. (\u201cAMPPI\u201d).<\/p>\n
